How long can I use it without paying?

Download and start — no payment method required. Free Trial comes with a one-time 10 hours of listening that never resets monthly; decide whether to pay once you've used it up.

What happens when I run out of hours?

Listening doesn't stop. Hemory keeps listening, but audio stays on your listening device and is no longer uploaded for processing — with no quota to process it, your audio shouldn't leave the device. Top up and those segments can be processed; memories already generated are untouched.

What counts as listening time?

Only time when someone is actually speaking. VAD (voice-activity detection) filters out silence, gaps, and background noise — none of it consumes your hours, so leaving it on all day costs far less than it sounds.

If I unsubscribe, do I keep my memories?

Yes. Unsubscribing only stops new transcription hours; memories and transcripts you've generated stay and remain viewable. Data is permanently deleted only when you delete your account.

Where does my audio live? Is it used to train models?

No. We never use your audio, transcripts, or voiceprints to train or improve any AI model. Raw audio is kept only briefly for transcription and then permanently deleted — never stored long-term; audio on your listening device stays local and can be managed or deleted any time.

Do the plans differ in features?

No. All four plans share every capability — transcription, auto-refinement, activity splitting, topic threads, speaker identification, the Q&A agent, MCP, Apple Watch, scheduled listening. You're only buying listening hours.

What languages are supported?

The product ships in 9 languages; transcription supports 100.

Can I get a refund? How do I cancel?

Subscriptions go through the App Store. Cancel any time in Settings → Subscriptions; service continues to the end of the period. Refunds follow Apple's policy at reportaproblem.apple.com.
